The manufacture of the main components can be made with your basic DIY tools: one tip, buy (or borrow a jigsaw) most of the cutting can then be done in an evening instead of over a weeks worth-also, your arms will not fall off! Make sure you use standard safety precautions when using all tools-use safety goggles and follow relevant manufacturers instructions-I can't take liability for any accidents YOU have-be sensible. I have not included detailed drawings etc as I feel that you will be able to incorporate your own design mods into my ideas.
